Ideas & thoughts

We use 3d printers to make the manufacturing process more eco friendly. But truly there are a few disadvantages when you 3d print something (like in any kind of production). For example, each 3D printing filament is sold on a big spool which becomes junk after printing. But finally we found filaments sold without spools (refill filaments) and already started using them. We printed special reusable spools for these refill filaments. We'll write a big post about how we work on making our manufacturing process zero-waste.

Manufacturing:

  • New refill filaments
  • Reusable spools

** Main controller**

  • Added switching modes using the button on the main case

Cadence sensor:

  • Improved battery capacity measurement

Handlebar control:

  • Improved battery capacity measurement

Mobile apps:

  • Fixed issue with pin code checking
  • Added max speed setting
  • Added low battery notifications
